Single-Business License
Each Marketing Tool Kit workbook is licensed for use within a single business. That includes:
- Using the workbook to track your own business’s marketing.
- Making internal copies for your own team or staff to use within that same business.
- Customizing your copy of the workbook for your own internal use.
What’s Not Included
A single-business license does not permit:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the workbook file outside your own business.
- Using one purchased copy to manage marketing tracking for more than one separate business or client.
- Publishing the workbook, in whole or in part, as your own product.
Agencies, Consultants & Fractional CMOs
If you manage marketing for more than one business — as an agency, consultant, or fractional CMO — a single-business license is not sufficient for multi-client use. Multi-client licensing is not publicly available yet; see Agency & Consultant Licensing to reach out about your situation. We will not represent multi-client licensing as available, or advertise package pricing, until that offering is finalized and approved.
Corrections & Updates to Purchased Workbooks
If a verified error or defect is found in the workbook version you purchased, we will provide a correction. Future feature releases, major upgrades, and new product versions are not included automatically with your purchase — they are separate from it. We do not offer unlimited free updates or ongoing lifetime support as part of a standard purchase.
Refunds
Because our products are downloadable digital files, all sales are final and refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law. See our Terms of Use for the full policy.
