One Dashboard for Every Client You Manage.
The Agency Marketing Command Center is built for agencies, consultants, and fractional CMOs who manage marketing for more than one business — a single purchase that tracks up to 10 active clients’ retainers, delivery costs, ad spend, and attributed revenue in one portfolio view.
Who It’s For
Built for agency owners, marketing consultants, and fractional CMOs who run paid or organic marketing for several clients at once and need one place to see how each client’s account is actually performing — without piecing it together across separate spreadsheets or client logins.
What’s Inside
Client Command Center is where you manage up to 10 active clients, with one consolidated monthly record per client — retainer, delivery cost, client ad spend, leads, qualified leads, customers, attributed revenue, and a per-client margin column.
Portfolio Overview rolls all of that up into agency-wide KPIs (active clients, total retainer revenue, total delivery costs, gross margin), a retainer-by-client breakdown, a gross-margin comparison chart, and month-over-month portfolio trend charts. Archived Clients lets you take a client off your active roster without losing their history — archived clients don’t count against your 10-client limit and stay fully visible for reporting later. The Reports screen gives you a printable, per-client or portfolio-wide Executive Report, and Data Safety Center handles backup and restore.
Screenshots
Screenshots are from the actual software. Client names and dollar figures shown are the built-in demo data and are fictional/illustrative, not a performance guarantee — you replace them with your own clients and numbers after purchase.
Why Agencies Use It
- See every client’s retainer, delivery cost, and margin side by side, not buried in separate files
- Spot which clients are actually profitable to service before a renewal conversation, not after
- Archive a client without losing their history or reports when the relationship ends
- Hand a client a clean, printable report without exposing your other clients’ data
- No monthly subscription — buy once, keep it, runs in your browser
Compatibility
Runs in any modern desktop web browser — Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge recommended. No installation, account, or internet connection is required after you download it; your data is stored only in that browser on that device.
FAQ
What do I get when I purchase?
A ZIP file, delivered instantly through Payhip after checkout, containing the software (a single self-contained file that opens in your browser — no install needed), a quick-start guide, and a sample portfolio report.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.
How many clients does it support?
Up to 10 active clients at a time. Archiving a client frees up a slot without deleting their history — archived clients remain fully visible under Archived Clients and can be restored later if a slot is open.
I manage more than 10 clients, or want to white-label/resell this. Is that available?
Not currently. The $299 purchase licenses the Agency Marketing Command Center for up to 10 active clients within your own business — it does not include resale, redistribution, or white-labeling rights. If you need more than 10 clients or a different commercial arrangement, email sales@marketing-tool-kit.com to discuss your situation — we won’t advertise terms or pricing for anything beyond the 10-client edition until it’s actually finalized.
Is my clients’ data shared with anyone?
No. All data is stored locally in your own browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a downloadable digital product, all sales are final and refunds are not offered, except where required by applicable law. See our Terms of Use for details.
Broader Commercial Licensing
For needs beyond the 10-client Agency edition — more clients, white-labeling, resale, or another commercial arrangement — email sales@marketing-tool-kit.com and tell us about your situation. See our Licensing Information page for the full terms of what the Agency edition’s license does and doesn’t include.
